Students will be able to:
- label different structures of the skin on a diagram
- describe the functions of different structures in the skin, including (but not limited to): melanin, sweat glands, pores, melanocytes, each layer, sebaceous glands and arrector pili muscles
- describe the differences between the symptoms of each level of burn
- label all bones covered in class on the skeleton, including the 4 types of bones
- label the anatomy of a long bone and understand the function of each structure
- label the different muscles in the body, as discussed in class
- answer questions based on the 7 steps of muscle contraction
- label the parts of a muscle and describe the function of each part
